“Very nice place and very well maintained. Loved the large tv in all rooms and very comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Condo was exceptionally clean. Centrally located to restaurants, I-85 and event locations. It was a great weekend getaway. While we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool/lake, it would have been easy access to both. Beds were comfortable, sitting areas clean and kitchen stocked with all essentials. Very pleased with our stay!”

“A cute and comfortable studio in a secure building , within easy walking of our destination. And much thanks to our host for allowing us in a little earlier than the stated check-in (because our flight was so danged early in the morning) . And Greenville seems to be an awesome little town. ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time in Greenville! This condo is in the perfect location and we enjoyed so many close-by restaurants and shops. We even walked to the baseball stadium for a Greenville Drive game (so much fun). What a FUN surprise Greenville was (our first time). The condo had everything we needed, parking was easy, and the whole setup (keypads, etc.) was just so smooth. ”

“This unit is beautifully appointed, very comfortable and had sufficient cookware and supplies. There was delicious coffee and snacks provided. Shawn was easy to reach and communicate with before and during our stay. We had a slight issue with the tv and the hosts offered several suggestions to remediate the matter and made a special trip to bring and set up another tv. KK is always so relaxing and we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!”

“There is noise from neighbors. Make sure to book in advance. Ac doesn’t work as well as it could. Still 5/5 stars nobody is perfect ”

“Parking was great and we never used our car once we arrived. Awesome location. Coral Greenville Restaurant was right downstairs. Cozy little coffee shop just a few doors away. Very close to the falls. We walked everywhere. ”

“Extremely clean home with beautiful balcony overlooking the golf course. Enjoyed swimming in the community pool directly across the street each night. ”

“Excellent location. Owner very accommodating And available Beautiful decor 1.5 bath seemed adequate, but listed as 2.5 bath. Well equipped for family of four . ”

“This condo is PERFECT! Very updated-furniture, bedding, appliances, decor..we had everything we needed for a week at the lake with our family! We also had all the necessary info PRIOR to arriving (procedures, gate codes, door codes). Craig made it as simple as can be! We will definitely be returning in the future! ”

“This is a very nice property, the condo is very nice - clean and very quiet. There is a very nice pool with the lake on both sides which wasn't crowded, and the marina to rent boats is within easy walking distance. Other residents are friendly and willing to help out. Sisters Restaurant is a great place for breakfast and close by. To find the condo, you will enter through the North entrance. Drive straight ahead, down the hill, then look for the Ketch building which is signposted from...

“Huge space that has been imaginatively designed. Contemporary overall feel with lots of original brick from the historic structure. Decor is lovely too. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the vibrant downtown. We had a lovely stay.”
