"Check in was a nightmare…no rooms cleaned at 4:00. Computer system down. Elevator out of commission. Bath tub did not drain. Juice machine at breakfast did not work one day. Have stayed there in the past…will not in the future. Property is dated and not well maintained."

"Sofa bed that was supposed to be for two adults, was absolutely a piece crap, the mattress was completely gone and I got hurt by the springs. The double beds were OK but still very cheap pillows, cheapest blanket, and not clean sheets at all, it was all full of washed spots. Breakfast buffet was garbage, not the fresh and enough options and quality like it used to be, plus, the omelette cook, a Spanish speaking cooking lady, she was rude to some people who asked for a 2nd round, it was a buffet, eat as much as you can, why would you tell people: "enough for you"?? Also, the kitchen staff, they refused to clean a table and told me: "Nobody is cleaning the table". I had to keep silence as I was not in that mentality to make a sh*T show but me and my family stay in the hotel was not so great. "
