Después de años de estar planificando mi 30 Aniversario de Bodas, con mucha ilusión reservé mi estadía en Borei Angkor Resort & Spa por la ilusión de disfrutar con mi familia su Cultural Night Dining. Muy decepcionada de la respuesta inicial que no podía participar en esta experiencia cultural, porque tenían un evento privado que impedía que pudiera asistir a esta noche cultural, el Gerente de Experiencia del Huésped y Alimentos y Bebidas del Grupo, el Sr. Samang Touch, fue un factor clave en mi experiencia en general. Fue la persona más educada y con toda la excelencia que requiere su puesto de gerencia, me propuso una alternativa de realizar la misma actividad en el área de la piscina. Arregló todo con tanto esmero y dedicación, que me permitió vivir esta celebración con mi familia mejor que lo esperado! Todos los detalles que tuvo: los arreglos, la decoración, el servicio tan amable, las restricciones alimenticias de los miembros de mi familia, el pastel de celebración, las flores… todo fue tan excepcional que mi calificación de 100 puntos es gracias a su excelente servicio al cliente, su gentil atención a mi solicitud, su sobresaliente educación y la actividad que sobrepasó mis expectativas!! Muy agradecidos también con la sobresaliente atención de Vann Bunthoang, quien destacó de sobremanera durante toda nuestra estadía con su extraordinaria atención!! Muchisimas gracias!!"
