"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved how quiet the area was and that was a big plus. My only criticism was that it was too hot in the room. I turned the heat off at bedtime but it never got any cooler. If we stayed again we would open windows sooner. "

"This was a quiet property with beautiful landscaping. There was ample parking and a secure gate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable and we were provided with bathrobes and oversized towels. The owners willingly accomodated my awful dietary restrictions and we were served a wonderful breakfast, which was only eclipsed by the conversation with the hosts! We would definitely stay again!"

"Host was very friendly and communicative. Room was veryclean and neat with a friendly welcome message waiting for me. Main house and yard are a little cluttered and lived in. Neighborhood is quiet and safe - dense residential with not many commercial amenities nearby, so not a good location for walking to/from. "

"This was a very nice place to stay! Walkable to the harbor and many restaurants and breweries. I felt very safe in the area. Just know Vancouver is very hilly and this BnB has about 15 stairs to get to the house. Very welcoming host - made you feel right at home and very helpful. "

"Great location, beautiful home. Really nice rooms. The host Dwayne, was really friendly and cooked us an amazing breakfast. There were other guests there but we didnt hear or see them until we were leaving, so privacy was not an issue at all. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Power was out when we arrived so no internet! Could not contact owners as they are not on site! We opened door and it smelled horribly musty! It was midnight so we stayed. Next morning power back on and the place was filthy—really hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived! Per on bathroom floor, dirt everywhere! We could not get ahold of owner, nor could hotels.com (we booked thru them). Got ahold of them finally and they told me they would work on a refund. So far—I got nothing! I don’t mind...

"This was a perfect place for our 3 nights stay in Vancouver. The house is located in a very safe area, about 35 min from downtown. We used public transportation train and bus and we felt safe at all times. The hosts Will and Tammy were wonderful. Very nice, gave us lots of suggestions and always responsive. We hope to be back in the future."
