“Great stay for Father’s Day weekend with Dad and four boys. We ran the New River Gorge 5k and Half Marathon, hiked the Hawks Nest Ridge Trail and biked throughout the area. Really a great location in WV. The town of Ansted was having a weekend festival with food trucks, vendor tents and parade. It mad traffic a little more than usual but added a fun festive touch to the stay. Amber was very responsive and helpful when we had a clogged toilet and had it fixed right away. “This is a great little cottage just minutes from the New River visitor center. It is a very convenient location for activities around Fayetteville, being walking distance from the Endless Wall trailhead. It’s just a few minutes drive to Adventures On the Gorge, where we did our white water trip. The cottage has a queen master bed, a double in the second bedroom and four (two sets) bunk beds in the third. The rooms aren’t particularly big, so a completely full house would be crowded.
