"The Staffs were nice. The location is awesome, it’s right by the Sai Yud BTS SkyTrain stop so it made traveling by the BTS Train super convenient.I stayed for 6 nights so my complaints are that the walls are thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors and the hallway noises. It would be nice if the staffs hanged the complimentary items along with trash bag, toilet paper, tissue on the door so I wouldn’t have to go bother them so much. There’s no kettle for hot water if you plan to drink...

"Dans l'ensemble ça c'est bien passé. Chambre confortable, climatisée et nettoyée mais pommeau de douche en mauvaise état, impossible de prendre une douche correctement. Il manque juste la présence d'un frigo ! Sinon un incident avec un voisin malhonnête qui à essayé a plusieurs reprises de pénétrer dans la chambre. "Maybe close to the airport as the crow flies, but it is at the other side of the the runway as the terminal building and in a so-so neighborhood. The place can use an update. Old, soulless building with old equipment and not the best A/C. Would not book it again. But was sufficient for the one night we needed."

"Die Entfernung zum Flughafen stimmte leider gar nicht. Auf dem Tacho des Taxifahrers standen bei Hin und Rückfahrt jeweils über 9 Kilometer. Morgens dauerte es fast 45 um zum Flughafen zu kommen! Das Personal sprach fast gar kein Englisch. Kommunikation am Morgen war unmöglich!"

Nice hotel with excellent customer service staff

"Chatrium Hotel Bangkok was our last hotel stop before our vacation was over. As a Platinum Hotels.com member, I was lucky to get an "upgrade" on our room but it didn't seem like an upgrade because I had booked a 1 Bdrm Riverview Suite King Bed and that was what I got? Room was good size and comfortable. Balcony faces the river with a beautiful view. Anyways, hotel is very clean and next to the river. Hotel has a shuttle boat that can take you to ICON SIAM. There are street food along the street but not as busy. Hotel is farther away from Grand Palace, MBK shopping center, and busier areas of Bangkok. Hotel has a Starbucks and 7-11 connected. Breakfast had a huge variety of food. You can't beat breakfast buffets in Asia. The staff always so helpful and kind and goes above and beyond. Would I stay at Chatrium Hotel again? Probably not because it is farther away from all the busier areas and street food and night markets. If you prefer a quieter area, this hotel would be an excellent choice. "
