“Cockroach on 2nd floor. Bug in my room. Carpet from the 90s. Bathroom not clean. I asked for a room near the elevators and he put me at the exit door. Very disappointing considering I had stayed multiple nights. I won't be back. Staff unfriendly.”

Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. Breakfast was better than most - I got to eat something for we left for the day, and there was coffee and juice available.
