"This was an absolutely lovely place to stay for a long weekend and concert! While Memphis is a place that’s fairly local for my partner and I, it’s not for our friends-they loved it! The neighborhood is great; it’s quiet and safe. The location is convenient to downtown, Cooper Young, Overton Square, etc. The beds were comfy, it has a half bath(wasn’t mentioned in the listing so bonus!), the decor was fun, the kitchen was super cute too. "The space is very charming. The area appeared to be safe and was quiet. Many people seen walking , walking dogs and riding bikes. The highlights for us were the balcony, the shower and the chandeliers. The owner is very communicative and accommodating. Many good restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed take-out from nearby Hattie B's and Frida's (Mexican)."
