“I have always liked to stay here. This time the pool was not working, no hair dryer in my room, not enough towels , ice machine was broken. I was very disappointed for it to be a holiday weekend and nothing was running proper.”

“The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

“There is no microwave anywhere, the ice machine was broken. The breakfast was just pastries and biscuits and gravy. No way to heat anything. If you need anything refrigerated like medicine no were to do that.”

“Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.”

“The interior of the small apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable, however; the mattress needs to be replaced. We knew it was a double bed, but rolling into each other made for a bad night's sleep which was aggravated by the amazing number of dump trucks who ground through their gears rounding the corner of Route 7. On the other hand, after I asked for a hot plate so I could boil some water for dinner, the host provided us with a pot, steamer, and wonderful hot plate that worked……

“Megan at the front desk was very welcoming; she looked up my name and found out I had a rewards number, which I had completely forgotten I had, and she said that as members we could do an early check in; she looked for a room that was ready and gave me a card with the rewards number for me to have it for future uses.
