Unfortunately, why everything was pretty good including the location and the clean room, we had an issue with the air conditioner. We are on the top floor so it was warm. I brought it up the second day and they were going to take a look at it, but it did not make much of a difference. The Hitachi unit was not only allowed but very inefficient and basically took the entire night to cool the room. So it did work a little bit, but it was minimal and the noise was not not noticeable. Otherwise everything was good, I wish the TV did not have a a volume lock at 40, but that seems to be common at Japanese hotels. Hopefully with the air-conditioning issue being fixed, will definitely stay here again.

"Great location if you want to be close to Shinjuku, but not deal with the noise and the people. The hotel is hooked on the underground walkway to Shinjuku station, which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. There are multiple restaurants in the building and two convenient stores and if that’s not enough ..."
