“The rental was in an excellent location in a quiet and safe area and really close to the sea. I was pleasantly surprised how close it was to the promenade. There were also shops and cafes within a short walking distance which is very convenient. We really found no need to take public transportation except to and from the airport.They have excellent communication and did so every step of the way. They were very accomodating and mindful of our needs.The rental itself has everything one needs. It……

“The property was gorgeous, just like the pictures. The communication was great from start to finish. They cleaned the apartment early to accommodate our early arrival which was great! The place had plenty of items we needed for our stay. Only a few minor complaints; there were no lights in the living room that worked so it was very dark, we had a lot of trouble with the tv working, the volume kept going out so we couldn’t watch tv at night. Also, the main bedroom had a terrible smell coming……

“The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. We decided this was an uncomfortable place and didn't want to fall straight down 2 sets of floors. We returned the key and notified the owner. We notified VRBO……

“Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.”

“Host Elena was most gracious and helpful. Information on how things work in the apartment was available. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is in the old part of the city but close to trams, restaurants, and shops which made it a bit noisy at night. Our only real issue was the corruped Vrbo directions message which made it difficult to find. ”
