“The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or……

“Hotel handy for Emerald Park. Grand for families for an overnight. However breakfast wasn’t of a four star standard and the cleanliness of hotel/ swimming pool was not up to scratch/ what you would expect of four star hotel - pool changing area unclean ( at 8am in the morning, so only going to get worse) and the floors around reception were not cleaned / tidy early morning which is when you would expect it to be at its cleanest. ”

“The location of the hotel being close to the city centre was great however the hotel doesng live up to the photos on the site. The room smelled musty and of old cigarettes, it was smaller with uneven floors and the bed was sagging in the middke. The rooms furniture was prefabricated wood that had seen better days but getting past that what waa really annoyjng was the fact our room was right next to Fibbers night club and we were subjected to music blasting each night until at least 3a the music……

“The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and spacious, and the kitchen area was much appreciated. We were given great care with checking in and making sure everything was good throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. Also it was very quiet in the room, no airport noises so that was a relief. Would recommend and will stay here again. ”

“The food was great, but the service is really slow. Maybe the kitchen is over worked? It took too long to get your food. The waiting made me anxious which took away from the enjoyment of the food.”

The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and great places to eat, making it easy to explore the city. The WiFi was fast, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend 2-bed Apartment to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!”
