Smoking smelled every where. There is not enough parking space. Have to park in overflow parking, around 500ft away from hotel. Extremely inconvenient, especially under the rain. But the front desk staff is very kind and friendly. The room is good,

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to downtown & the low price. I was disappointed when I got to the hotel & was told there was not daily housekeeping. They were very accommodating when I had to check out a day early due to an ac problem at home.

The property may be old and need an update but it was CLEAN. Can’t beat the location within walking distance to everything. Staff very friendly! They even had a free breakfast.

There was no parking. We were told to go down two parking lots. We were greeted by a transient asleep on the sidewalk. There is a HUGE homeless camp at the park across the street. Very disappointed. Tiles falling out of ceiling, ripped curtains, fire sprinklers separated from ceiling, clamp holding pipe running across ceiling broken off. Terrible letdown.

Old property but always spotless! Cleaner than some higher end properties I’ve stayed. Can't bet the location & friendly staff. Nice free breakfast & parking as well. We’ve been coming here for years & would never bother staying anywhere else.

Was a great location to all of Ashville must sees. Hotel is just very dated. Bathroom needs a total overhaul. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. My sister experienced a roach landing on her in the breakfast nook so that was the last of us having breakfast there.
