“First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. This is just old condo's that are empty and poorly managed and false advertising at the least. would NEVER recommend! Oh, and a $13.00 per hour early check in; charged for 2 hours even……

“The location is convenient, being close to groceries, restaurants, and several tourist spots. However, the condition of the condominium was quite rough. One of the air-conditioning units wasn’t working, and the others were not cooling properly. The internet also didn’t work, and despite contacting the host, no one came to fix it. "The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel."

"我訂的是海景家庭房有客廳、餐廳及二間臥室，下午四點check in 時，居然有一位男性服務人員（看起來像是主管級），告訴我說，目前沒有這樣的房型，他能夠給我二間一般房型（只一間海景），我當下就「堅定回絕」，我已經提早一個月付費且事前就拿到確認。 而且這二種是完全不同的價格。 經過櫃台人員的一番討論之後，另外一位櫃台人員說，房間已經在準備了，大概5分鐘就會好。 我感覺，那位男性櫃台像主管的人員，好像要唬弄我，我訂什麼房型就給什麼房型不知道這有什麼問題。 這樣感覺不是很舒服！ 其他的部分都不錯，環境優美乾淨，人員客氣有禮貌"
