"The customer service is what made this trip so great. All the managers were very helpful, we had a super early flight and everyone was tired so they were able to check us in early. We went for the World Cup game and they had a late menu for those of us coming in after the game. That was very thoughtful. So all around very great customer service. Only thing, they really need to clean the rooms better, it was really dusty and covers had stained."

"It was a good stay, not great. A few things: The club was poorly stocked. The options were extremely limited and the fruit did. It look like it had been changed the entire time we were there. Our towel bar was falling out of the wall completely. It was repaired quickly but odd for a “newly updated” room. No hooks in the bathroom. No nightstand on one side of the bed. Only having one comfortable chair in a room that large is weird. Needed a sofa. Our door was super stuck and required a lot of pushing to open it — made a loud noise every time we did. Staff was incredibly friendly!"

"Room was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Hotel is 2 blocks from Citizens Bank Park- can’t do better for a trip to a ball game. Parking was free for hotel guests. A bit pricey but worth it - because you didn’t have to fight the traffic, find a place to park etc etc. Breakfast at the “Prime RIB” restaurant was excellent. The only negative was that it isn’t open on weekday mornings -they offered muffins and juices to go- that was over priced and not that great."
