There is obvious wear and tear on the rooms with cracks, parts of shower not working properly, stains on carpet and sofa. However, for a weekend trip with the guys for baseball and nightlife, it served its purpose. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only spent the night in the room so for me wasn’t the end of the world if spending it with the guys there. Not a family getaway choice or one for a significant other. But for the price, it was a steal for the purpose we needed.
