The room was clean, although I had concerns about the bathroom since there was paper inside the toilet upon arrival.
I tried to contact the hotel several times before arriving, but I was always placed on hold and no one ever returned to the call, which was quite frustrating.
At check-in, there was only one staff member handling both phone calls and the front desk, so I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my room. They should consider having more staff available, especially after 3 p.m. when most guests arrive, many of them tired from long flights. The wait in line was excessive.
The airport shuttle service is good, and the drivers are friendly, which is a positive point.
Breakfast is average, similar to what you would find at other hotels.
Overall, based on this experience, I would think twice before staying here again.
