If the hotel brought itself up to the standards of it's AMAZING staff, I would've given 5 stars all around. I had to change my room several times, due to a strong mildew smell. The staff handled these changes with ease & professionalism. They apologized & accommodated me & my friend without hesitation. Staff= ☆☆☆☆☆ Hotel=☆☆

I would’ve given this establishment all 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that our room smelled like an old wet shoe and musky smelling. The staff was so kind and pleasant!

This hotel charges $40 a night to park in there own parking lot. Will not stay here again cause parking should not be more than the actual room charge.

This hotel is close to Aquarium and Coca Cola Museum, only a 15 minute walk from hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, be careful, otherwise a good hotel and clean with great service.

It was clean and in a safe area. You must valet park. There’s no other option. The street noise at night is horrible!! It sounds like your at a drag racing strip all night long!

The property was nice, the staff was friendly, rooms were good size and clean. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of options. However as a customers without a vehicle this property was a big disappointment. As avisitor to Atlanta was not aware that this property is not centrally located or accessible to the leisure and entertainment activities, tourism activities in Atlanta. I believe it to be closer to eateries, parks, events. It is advertised as Georg-tech d'town and yes it is near georgia -tech but nothing is walkable near it. No restaurants in a five block radius..As a customer unfamiliar with the area and without a vehicle i was disappointed with the location of this hotel. When it is listed as downtown one would think you can go right out of the hotel and to the left, right or around the corner you will find theaters restaurants, park with ppl walking around music playing, tourist attractions etc. I was definitely not pleased with it location.

Elevator wasn’t working. It was hot inside the lobby elevator area, card key wasn’t working a lot, I had to rebook cause an employee gave me false information over the phone and I had to pay more money. Shower was unsafe to stand in. Blinds/curtain wouldn’t shut. Won’t stay here again.

Every person on the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We always like Hampton Inns, and this was no exception. Always clean, comfortable bedding and good complimentary breakfast. Two things, though: I know it’s a pet-friendly hotel, but immediately entering and the elevators all smelled like pee. Also, the “stopper” in my bathtub didn’t seem to work. Thanks.

I booked this property because it specifically said DAILY maid service on the website, and the desk clerk asked if I would want maid service to which I replied "YES". After the first day when we arried back at the hotel the room hadn't been touched and there were no clean towels. etc. The desk clerk gave me another room for the second night but we had to repack and go to the new room. Then in the morning the clerk said she coudn't give me a receipt and that Expedia would email one. I haven't received anything yet and I have no idea what they charged on my card
