The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the location was very convenient, and breakfast was well-appointed. They were the highlights! Our room, while surface clean, was dingy. The couch and chair were sticky and well-worn, the ottomans had holes in them, and a large area of carpet was missing. Neither television in the bedrooms worked, and one of the showers had a rather large piece of unpatched drywall simply nailed up on the ceiling. The outdoor courtyard area was also closed (where the grill was located) The hotel seemed to be undergoing pretty extensive renovations, they are much needed, but this lent itself to 8am hammering above our heads. Overall, I wouldn't advise staying until the renovations are completed...

Really beat up furniture and surfaces. Floor not vacuumed. Garbage not emptied from first night. Found bug shortly after arrival and tho no other sign of them on searching, found one shortly before leaving.

Nice property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms have different designs. They had a good selection for breakfast. We would stay again. Just have two complaints. Our first room did not have internet. Had to move. The second complaint is that we were awoken by this extremely loud noise above us that went on for hours. Probably had to do with their remodeling. Good overall experience.

The people at this hotel were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. However, the property desperately needs an update and to get cleaned. The halls were littered with stuff on the carpet, there were holes in the walls and just in general looked dirty. Our room was not clean and the couch bed was so gross that I wouldn’t let my son sleep on it. We paid nearly $400 for one night which is crazy for a mid-level hotel that is trending towards a complete dump. Again, the staff was amazing and location was pretty good, so I hope they can get a better maid service and some renovations done in the near future.

Excellent parking. My heat didnt work for first 3nights. When I complained, the fix made it worse. Some set the manual alarm fir 5:28 am. Liked the layout of the room with kitchen glassware etc was nice.
