I recently stayed here, and it was disgusting, to say the least. There were roaches in the sink and crawling around the room, as well as what appeared to be bed bugs in the mattress.
I had to change rooms not once, but twice because of how dirty each room was. I encountered unmade beds, cigarettes left on the couch and floor, and numerous other cleanliness issues that made the rooms unacceptable.
The customer service also left a lot to be desired. When I first checked in, the front desk employee was very rude and unpleasant. As I continued to report the issues with the rooms, her attitude only got worse. After the second room was also dirty, I called the front desk and respectfully requested a refund. I explained that I wasn’t blaming her personally—I simply wasn’t comfortable staying there with my children given the condition of the rooms. Despite that, she remained uncooperative, continued to have an attitude, and made several unpleasant comments.
On the other hand, the manager was very professional and understanding. He immediately processed my refund and completely understood my concerns, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness issues and poor customer service, I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
