“The hotel was nice. We booked there twice. First time stay was great. The second stay we ran into an issue. Our door would not lock. The only way to lock it was to use the lock latch at the top of the door. So someone always had to stay in the room. We only needed the room for one night. I can’t imagine what someone would do if they had to stay multiple nights. We contacted front desk, and showed her. She couldn’t fix it. And didn’t move us to another room.”

“Our room was disgusting. I usually never write reviews but my experience was so awful they need to be exposed. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote……

When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were. “Very dirty. Mold on the ceiling. Our sink faucet was not even seal to the counter. The bunk bed was broke. Sheets had stains. Two bath towels for a room for 4 people. King and 2 twin bunk beds.”

“Our room was handicap accessible, which we weren't told before staying. Shower was hard to operate and when floor got wet was very slippery. Room was small and air conditioner loud. Breakfast was not good. Staff was friendly and courteous.”
