The property was very nice very clean beautiful area a lot of parking very nice when you walk in front desk was sweet Only thing they need a new play ground for the kids kinda old but other then that beautiful

My stay was only one night and fine enough..but after being prompted to do so, I decided to help fellow travelers and the some feedback for the management. I was working in the area and was looking for an affordable room for one night. I wasn’t traveling on pleasure like I imagine most do when they stay here. The good- the property and room were very clean and looked updated with many modern touches. Although the room was small the King bed made up most of the space which I was fine with. What you get for the price especially during the high season is an excellent value. The not so good: the second floor location is difficult to access if you have larger bags or items, as one has to navigate a very tight spiral stairway up to it. There is no trash can outside near the room except or a dumpster on a far side of the property so if you have things to throw away you have to bring them up and leave trash in the room or walk over to the dumpster , which at night or in the rain isn’t that fun. The worst gripe are the (frankly) terrible plastic window-unit ACs which make a terrible racket so you can even hear the television in the room. After it kept me up for a while I just shut it off which was fine because it wasn’t that hot out. But if it was this would have been more of an issue. I don’t know if the other rooms have these window ACs but I would avoid. I would recommend the blade type for those rooms and get rid of these window units. Again, overall it was fine for what I paid!

The rooms were nice and spacious. Loved that there was a kitchen!! Was not happy to see dirty towels in the bathroom and our sink was not draining well. But the hotel dealt with these issues professionally & right away. 1 thing to keep in mind about this Hotel is that it is in an area with predominately homeless individuals who are very clearly on drugs. I did not feel very safe walking about this area. Other than that, the hotel was safe, secure and clean! The breakfast was amazing. We got to make our own fresh waffles!!!

This was a first for me. They give you your room code through a welcome email. Id never done that and had trouble with it. To add insult to injury, when i arrived there was no one in the front office either. Once i managed to get someone on teh phone they were very helpful and we managed to figure it out. It's just something to be aware of going in.

Had a 4 night stay at the Maverick Suites on Temple Street. I mainly booked this room to be close to my daughter, who lives a couple of doors down. The room is a bit tight for two people, but my friend & I made it work by sleeping 90 degrees on the double bed to turn it into more of a "short king". Room was very clean, however the one suggestion I would make is to use less of the strong-smelling cleaner (Fabioso?) or a more natural cleaner. Otherwise, the property felt safe and clean. Beautiful hardwood floors, nice bathroom & small kitchen area. Staff is very responsive via TEXT (not by phone). We requested clean towels etc, and they were very accommodating. Temple St. is walkable to many sites you'll want to check out in Boston via a walk or to the Park St T station. I would recommend staying at the Maverick Suites!
