“Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! ”

“Historic building and legacy owners managing the property. The rooms were clean, and there was shared common spaces if you wished to use them which provide provided options. Lots of space, comfortable. We were greeted by Luciano, he gave us information and a warm welcome. Extra parking arrangements were made in a secure parking location. We were very happy with the edge of the ZTL accommodation and parking. Very handy. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“De façon globale, nous avons passé un bon séjour. La propriétaire est adorable, disponible et a l'écoute. Elle parle français ce qui a été pour nous un vrai plus. Le personnel est aussi très gentil. L'endroit est très sympa, avec une vue merveilleuse sur l'Etna. Un centre commercial est juste à côté, ce qui est appréciable pour dépanner. Le parking gratuit est aussi un plus. "Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. "
