“Mistake made upon entry, was given the wrong room with less beds than paid for. Staff member (Dutch?) on the front desk was too busy upselling to notice. Lifts broken and noisy engineering. Pool isn’t free - have to pay a surcharge to buy a pool cap. Breakfast was exorbitant and bang average.”
