“Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. “Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. “Father/son trip to see an Avalanche game. Perfect location. Close to the arena and downtown. Condo was very clean. I appreciated the basics being included (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, washer machine pods, even coffee!!!). Thank you for all that. In our travels those are often not included with VRBO type rentals. Beds were comfortable, and showers had great water pressure.We would definitely stay here again.”

“This small apartment has everything you need to live in the Denver area for a few days. It is quiet, well-maintained and secure. There are many places to enjoy a great meal in the DTC neighborhood, and it is close to Cherry Creek Park. We used the space as a base camp, to travel back and forth to visit family in east Aurora. The only downside is the living room furniture. There is one worn out hide-a-bed couch to sit on. It is extremely uncomfortable to sit on it to watch tv or read. I……

“I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.”
