This place is amazing. From the check-in process to the bar, perfect. The pool is small but great and the service poolside was second to none. The room was clean and comfortable. The views of the river and bridge were cool. Very close to everything
Nice clean hotel with a lovely outdoor pool that has a great view of the city, it's over the river from downtown so has reasonable access to most things within walking distance.
The room was big and comfortable, and the view over the lake very nice. The location of the hotel was great and it was easy to walk to the main attractions.
The lake view was beautiful!
The room was cool & clean
The staff was IMPECCABLE
From Brook at front Desk

We enjoyed staying here. We went to the New Year’s Eve fireworks show. The hotel was the perfect place to stay. It was walking distance to the park where the fireworks show was held.
Very clean, fantastic view of downtown- had a patio room, still thinking about the food at the restaurant "Ripple and Roots" was so delicious! Enjoyed easy access to boat tour and walking/jogging trails. Check in/out and valet staff were all professional and very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!
We always stay here when we visit Austin. Great and convenient location. Love the pool and hot tub and restaurants. We like the renovations. They could have upgraded the bathrooms.

For a conference, they were very prepared. They knew the important things busy people needed, such as "rent a dual monitor" and "Pashminas for the cold conference room". The staff were incredibly friendly.
