They refused to refund us When we tried to cancel and get a refund because we felt unsafe and the hotel pulling false advertising. There management and employees are rude. It was clean however, the shower didn’t work (faucet coming off the wall), the tiles in the bathroom were stapled on the walls, the door looked like it had been broken down a few times. Friends of mine said they had bugs in their room, but I didn’t see them.
