“Great location! This was a perfect location for visiting downtown Austin. We were able to rent scooters and take them to some of the famous locations like Magnolia Café for brunch and then up Congress Street to visit all the boot stores, etc. The condo was comfortable and there was room for everyone to spread out and relax. The view is spectacular both during the day and evening. We did have some trouble connecting to the Internet, but as soon as I sent a message, someone knocked on the door and……

“This is one of our favorite VRBO‘s that we’ve ever stayed in, in a city. Access was phenomenal. The unit was perfect, very clean, comfortable and had every thing we needed. There is a coffee bar and regular bar on the first floor with concierge’s style service. Parking was extra, but super easy! You are located directly off the foot path to the walking and bike riding path around Lady Bird Lake and the river. There are also bike rentals and Scooter rentals right nearby, we loved the bikes!”

“Great location close to UT Austin and downtown, with no need to get on the interstate, plus easy access to northeast Austin. Stylishly designed, adequately stocked and good communication with hosts. Property was quiet and walkable to local eateries. Parking is tight but ok, there are stairs so pack light. If there is a game at the adjacent stadium, be prepared for traffic and congested street parking. Great stay. Will stay again. ”

“This is a fantastic property that is centrally located near the historic Rainey district and close to the river and walking trail. The condo was spacious and comfortable, with modern decor. It was squeaky clean, with great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!”

“Great location! Just of Rainey St and a 12 uber from South Congress. The unit was modern and comfy, with great views from the balcony and the roof. The pool was heated and warm, but we did not use it this trip. We loved the option for bringing pets, even though we didn’t do it this time. We’ll keep this in mind for our next trip! The on-site Vacasa staff was helpful both with the condo and with touristy information. ”
