The modern kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine with dryer, kettle, toaster and plenty kitchenware. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside units with lamps, wardrobes and TVs. The family bathroom has a bath with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is an iron and ironing board, clothes airing rack and hairdryer. Good Wi-Fi to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer is provided at no extra cost as well as on-site parking.

Located on the north side of Aviemore the apartment is in a quiet residential area. A grocery store, bike hire and chip shop are within a few minutes' walk and the town centre, with all its options of restaurants, café's bars, ski hire, bank and shops are a 15-minute walk. The apartment is within a 15-minute walk, or 3-minute taxi ride, from Aviemore train station or main bus stop from the north and south. Inverness is around a 35-minute drive. If arriving at Inverness airport we are able to arrange a private transfer directly to the apartment if requested in advance of arrival (an additional fee applies). All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags. House rules - No smoking, Not suitable for pets, No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor, accessed by stairs.
