"The host was very nice and helpful. The property was pretty much as described…..there are places just across from the villas to walk your dog and there are dog poo bags and cans. There is also a place just around the corner headed toward the Bonefish Grill with another walking area. I’m sorry to say the floors were filthy, which was disappointing. I go barefoot and I looked at my feet and the bottoms were black. I went out and bought a mop and cleaner and scrubbed them twice and my feet were...

Stayed two nights March 24th & 25th. Staff was very nice, and complied with requests. This is not a big hotel; a quaint relaxing place. A creek flows behind the facility and I watched a duck in the water.
Restaurants galore near this hotel, and WalMart just down the street.
I was there to visit my mother in a nearby nursing home / rehabilitation center. Comfort Inn of Avon was less than 5 miles away.
Loved their waffle machine. Breakfast is free from 6 am - 9 am during the week, and 7 am - 9 am...

Besides the cleanliness, great staff, I enjoy the bar. Wait staff is friendly and it is a safe area for a single woman to enjoy a drink and food after a long day of travel. Food can be ordered to take to your room. I especially like the service provided by Jenny who was there on 10/28/26 and 11/3/26.

The accommodations here were amazing! Friendly atmosphere and pet friendly as well. The pool was nice and the rooms are lovely for the price. The continental breakfast was nice as well. The server continually made sure everything was filled and fresh. I will revisit this hotel again. FYI do not eat at the Waffle House near by terrible service.
