“Everything was smooth. Communication was excellent. Very accommodating for early checking in. Some concerns...only supplied half full role of toilet paper (no extra bathroom supplies stocked) and was charged additional host fee because host uses external booking program. We just weren't expecting the additional charge. Other than that, host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.”

“Cozy loft, but don’t be surprised by the building from outside, it looks a bit beat. The bathroom is old, and cleanliness was not exceptional. A towel was thrown on the rack as if it had been used, a few hair on the comforter cover and bath mat. It’s on a busy boulevard, but walking distance to downtown. Nicely furnished, clear instructions and recommendations.”

“We were happy to find the place expected: clean, neat, everything we needed, all easy to find, all communication prompt and clear. Diana replied quickly to questions. During our visit there was a huge snowstorm so we really appreciated that someone came to shovel the driveway/entrance multiple times over the few days we were there. A few (minor) notes: the front bedroom mattress is very firm, the bathroom sink is above the counter so kids could not reach it on their own, and the lefthand……
