The staff was not helpful when asked for any towels or keys not working. The carpets were extremely dirty. We were told the rooms were pet free and told only a certain floor was pet friendly. I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway. Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30 mins of breakfast start time. Staff seemed always angry with people. Our bathtub was clogged all the time so showering was a pain and disgusting.

Bar and staff were great

The staff at check in were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was excellent.
