This property has the potential to be great because so much of it is remodeled. It appears as if they stopped the renovations 80% of the way into it. The exterior rear entrance has some broken concrete and the rear entrance door is half broken with “crime scene” tape across it. You can tell a lot of effort has been put into this project…if only they would complete it. Oh and our bathtub looked stained from past dirt…maybe construction mess? Minimal corrections would make a tremendous difference, and the price was great.
