“This is a professionally managed property. We were texted a few days before our booking letting us know what to expect during check-in. The process was streamlined and convenient. We were given options for free cleaning throughout our stay, and our garbage was taken away daily. Despite this consistent service, privacy was never an issue and we always had plenty of notice. The apartment itself is accurately described: the kitchen is well-equipped but the small overall space and basic furnishing……

We reserved this particular unit, but it was not available due to a maintenance issue, so they swapped us into a comparable unit. This was fine, no issues, it was the same size, clean and comfortable. The building is a large apartment/condo building, modern and secure. It is across the street from the Alameda Central Park, two or three blocks from the Palacio Belles Artes and maybe 10-15 minutes walking to……
