“Hotel did not do breakast - thought I had booked bed and breakfast. Turned on the evening to be told they don't do evening meals, member of staff pointed to a microwave and toaster and referenced a shop that was closed to buy stuff. Next evening, a saturday, they were serving evening meals was told they did server evening meals. Whether they only seve meals at the weekend or short staffed I don't know.”

“The room was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond. I was having difficulty with the second door in our room, and the staff noticed this and came to our room without being asked to orient us. Really friendly and spectacular service.”

“The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. However, it is one of the places with self-check in where you are entirely dependent on messages to access the place. Also, because of staff shortages you were directed to another property a few Km's away for breakfast. B&, we'll there was only one B, with a chatbot doesn't cut it for me. An unfortunate trend which seems to be taking hold.”

“The toilet sink was partially block. When I mentioned this to the lady of the of theB&B she merely said oh! I’ll get my plunger out later. She must have known this before as she cleans the property. The electric shower was ancient and I barely got a shower. Generally the property was less clean than I would’ve expected.”

“Self check in with info on a chalk board. Initially didn’t see the board and no one around. Didn’t meet anyone in person during stay. Room wasn’t that clean. Cobwebs and dust, old water bottle down back of bed, nuts on the carpet. Shower gels on top of shower. Nice setting, safe and quiet. Nice cafe downstairs. Room was spacious with character.”
