"Still a great hotel with great restaurants—this was my third stay. Seems like customer service and attention to detail has slipped. The big problem: my daughter needed an antacid. Nothing was available—even most motels keep basics on hand. Staff suggested I walk about 30 minutes in the dark to Walgreens. Outside the hotel’s immediate street is not a very safe area. There is a lot of homelessness and drug issues in the area. I’m a solo woman traveling with my daughter. It is not acceptable to not have any alternative solutions for basic travelers’ needs. Minor issues: The bathroom lotion was half empty and clearly used. Front desk felt less welcoming. I love this hotel for being dog-enthusiastic (treats and toys for pets), but I had to ask if they had stopped offering that. I also never received the food/beverage voucher that came with my Expedia booking."

"This ace met all of our needs, from a BBQ grill on site to the gym to the pool. I am now more inclined to look for this hotel brand for all future family stays."

"Excellent stay from start to finish! The room was spacious, fresh, and exceptionally clean. A special shoutout to the front desk staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast options were great with plenty of variety to start the day. Smooth check-in, hassle-free parking, and a very comfortable setup. Highly recommend!"

"Cost effective hotel along Hwy 99 in Livingston. Many fast food places in walking distance as well as Starbucks and Dutch Bros. The hotel is clean. Most rooms are basic but we stayed in the suite. They call it the apartment. It’s fairly large, so much, that it needs more furniture. There’s a large room with a sofa and love seat along with a 55” tv. There a narrow dining area with two chairs as well as a full kitchen. There’s also a separate queen size bedroom with a door for privacy. There is a ton of free parking."

"It is a big and clean room with a kitchen and a full size refrigerator and a dinning table. Free self parking. the hotel is good overall but what thing I don't like is I saw dogs allowed into the hotel and the hotel is too close to highway traffic."
