We were going up the steps from the garage and just felt really weary, got up 3 flights of steps there was a homeless man camped out on the stairs. Whew scared the daylights out us. I did report it.

Overall it was a comfortable experience. However, we'd ordered food brought to the hotel and discovered that our order didn't come with utensils. When we went to the front desk they had nothing available so we had to make due.

The location is currently under maintenance. This was communicated the week of the booking date, but I do wish I was communicated earlier as it was pretty inconvenient.

This property is currently under construction and has been since February 24. The hotel looks like a convenient store. The elevators walls are filling apart.. lobby has plywood on half of the side and it’s over all subpar. I was nervous about the rooms bc the common areas were so atrocious but to me surprise the rooms were beautiful! They were updated and spacious. My only other gripe is that we PAID for early entry and the room wasn’t ready for us. It was under construction!! ALSO, they DONT answer the phone so good luck reaching them. The free shuttle was a perk but it only runs every 30 minutes so good luck if you run into any inclement weather. The ONLY reason this hotel gets ant eating from me is because the rooms were up to date.

The updated room was pretty nice but was missing shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We only were notified about the renovation shortly before our booking. There was no restaurant or lobby and the grab and go complimentary breakfast was a brown paper bag with a rotten apple and a tiny apple juice.

Hotel was under construction but was not mentioned when booking. Took over 30 min to check in where the front desk had no air when it was over 80* outside. Had to change rooms because our air conditioning was broken. Ice machine on our floor (3rd) was not working. Paid $45 for parking and the elevators to and/or from parking structure were not working. Very dissapointed in our stay. But the staff were all amazing! Called Expedia and they weren’t able to get just our parking discounted for the hassle. But Expedia personnel gave us $25 towards next stay which was super kind of them! Very impressed with Expedia! But the hotel was terrible for the price of $200 total for one night.

The hotel was going through renovations and they gave us the room next to the room with construction banging at 7 am. They served grab and go breakfast which was an apple and water bottle in a paper bag. There was no cleaning during our 3 night stay at all, so no towel or toiletries. They removed all toiletries from the walls and gave just one small soap and 10 ml shampoo. The area is isn’t pleasant either as it is surrounded with car rental shops and doesn’t have any appealing city views. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and there are other better ones in the area a little further down the road.

1. The room that was assigned to us was room 626. There was painters tape all over the washroom ceiling and visible water damage. 2. The room smelt moist after a flood, smelt like mold. 3. There have been three to four massive industrial fans in hallways. Super loud throughout the day and night. 4. Staff were rude and not accommodating. 5. I paid for a room and a buffet breakfast. There was no buffet and I was informed that we will receive one brown bag of breakfast which only contained a single muffin and a single apple sauce. Some days there was not breakfast due to staff shortage and suggested we go to MacDonald's next door. No compensation was given for this. 6. There was a door inside of the room that led to another room. We could hear the other occupants talk clearly with no sense of privacy. 7. We could hear jackhammers drilling loudly. 8. There was no access to the gym or pool. Which is extremely important to our lifestyle in health. There were no close by fitness gyms. 9. Hidden fee was not disclosed to us until I checked my bank and was informed that there was a $11 UDS per day charge. 10. The area where the hotel was filled with homeless people who would yell at us while passing by. We were fearful for our safety as well.

They are currently going through construction but the hotel rooms are great. They are clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are a few places close to get food fast.

The hotel is NOT as advertised. There is major construction going on which was not communicated. There is NO : free breakfast buffet, only a brown paper bag with a tiny bottle of water, apple and small kids container of apple juice. There is NO : pool in the hotel property. We were travelling with our 4yr old daughter. Our room reeked of smoke despite it being a so called smoke free room. Air conditioner was intermittent. And room phone did not work (supposedly a technical issue). We were woken up at 7:30am with banging/hammering noises on our walls. This may have been a decent hotel pre-contruction, but definitely not now. The Expedia posting for this hotel needs to be updated asap so others don’t experience this.

I was expecting a nice peaceful and enjoyable stay. As soon as I arrive there all the amenities were under construction. This wasn’t explained to until after my booking was submitted and even what I received the email stating that there would be some things unavailable due to reno’s; it still wasn’t specified. They placed me on the 9th floor, and I was woken up to banging, drilling, etc going on right on top of my room on the 10th floor. The staff there is kind and helpful, I was just disappointed in the actual condition of the hotel due to the renovations.

Leaving the property, there were a lot of homeless people, according to what they said was breakfast was included, and they gave us an apple with a juice. The area was very dirty and they charged $60 for parking.
