“The room was entirely inadequate, we left immediately and have requested a refund. We understood this was basic accommodation, but there was no dead bolt on the door (which leads directly outside), the floor was sticky, the window air conditioner was duct-taped in place and the bathroom was gross. No staff on site, which was handled fine - there was a number to call and the person was friendly and helpful. There were lock boxes to provide secure entry however if we had stayed and had any……

“The rooms were clean and bedbug free! There was a musty odour that I couldn’t seem to cellar out despite my best efforts . Tv satellite didn’t work! Staff was wonderful and I was thankful to get a room within minutes of looking in a busy area”
