"Host met us upon arrival and showed us the property. Property was spacious, well equipped and appointed for our party of five. The view from the deck is sensational and the surrounding countryside extremely peaceful. Great place to chill out for a few days and would recommend to anyone that enjoys a farmstay. "We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. The breakfast was fine, with a good range of items to choose from a self-serve counter, helped the day off to a good start."

"Great location. excellent breakfast buffet. View of lake obstructed by city trees so don't expect a view. Town has lots of tourist. Nice place to spend a couple of days. In planning travel: we came from Dijon which was a long drive. But then went on to Colmar, Crazy mountain roads at least half of the way. Beware not easy driving. Very small room. Don't miss the museum in the Chateau very informative about the history of the lake.Take a boat ride."

"We have stayed at this property before - it is now called the Royal Annecy Privie Lodge - on arrival the receptionist was very professional and ensured that we understood everything about the property, we had reserved parking on site and had a room with a small balcony very welcome in the heat the bedroom equipped with small kitchen refrigerator and hob on suite bathroom. Everything was spotless and very accommodating. We were travelling with a small dog and they made us all feel welcome. There is a lift in this property The accommodation is a short walk to the lake and numerous shops cafes restaurants and bars all serving delicious food"

"This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby. The pool was a highlight as it was quite warm. The pool was a perfect temperature with sun loungers and a bar for spritz up the stairs. The rooms were nicely appointed with nice linens and good hanging space. And good air conditioning!!!"

"Really nice staff who offered to keep my dog’s food cold in their refrigerator. We were well greeted and they gave me good nearby food recommendations. The main floor had a bit of a not so great smell and the room was pretty small but it was clean and I got a good night sleep. They also let me check out 30 minutes late.
