Excellent location and outstanding service—we’re so glad we chose to stay here. The beachfront setting is beautiful, complete with its own small private beach, and the pool area is well-maintained with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. Lovely little resort. Rraaly good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were super clean, and the AC worked very well. Shower and bathroom a little basic, but it is remote. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast included. Quiet quiet quiet. Peaceful. Oh, and they can rent you a scooter for 300 baht a day. It's not super cheap, but $10/day is reasonable, and you don't have to hunt a deal. Highly recommended

This is not the place for people who are accustomed to first class hotels or who like to take cruises where most everything is provided. In particular, it is not for people who are accustomed to complaining when things are imperfect (ants, a mediocre breakfast, etc.). Thai natives do not tolerate confrontation; they are the sweetest, most loving people in the world, and will worry endlessly about one's welfare. This hotel was absolutely stunning. Frankly, I am not used to the level of care we received. It is clear to me now why Layana is ranked the #1 hotel on the island. Absolutely gorgeous grounds, insanely good food, and top-notch attention to detail. Perfection!!

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

OMG! What is not to like?! This property was beyond stunning!! Surrounded by lush beauty. Safe area to walk around for an early morning coffee and just sit with the locals. Seafront bungalows are beautiful. Very spacious, clean and jacuzzi on porch. Nice amenities provided. Lots of restaurants in the area. Swimming pool is very nice.

We had such an incredible experience staying at Zeavola! The facilities are very well kept, and the grounds are stunning. The staff was so accommodating and always had a smile on their faces. Truthfully, it was very difficult for us to come up with any suggestions for improvement. The only two things we could come up with were 1) there is no ATM in the area where Zeavola is located (so come with cash!) and 2) the website does not do a great job describing logistics on getting to the resort...

Amazing stay here at this beautiful and luxurious 5 star resort. Pancake at the spa took great care of me and I felt so relaxed after the treatment. Crystal clear water and white sand await you here.
