I choose this hotel due to it convenience location check in/out is quick the stuff very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable.The hot breakfast is good which make tours out easy and quick. Our stay and tour in Banff is very pleasant .

The location is this hotel's greatest strength, super central and a short walk to all amenities from groceries, coffee, restaurants, and shops. The hot tubs were clean, as was the property. In our room we did have trouble with our toilet not flushing and the sheets on our bed were frayed and ripped along the edge. There was a great quantity of selection at the breakfast buffet but the hot food was average at best, if not sub par. Overall it was a decent experience, but we would probably stay elsewhere in the future.

Excellent hotel. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Shuttle bus right at door to take you anywhere in Banff. Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast was included for us and was superb. If I have to pick something negative then I’d say that some rooms are little dark and don’t let in natural light as much as others. Try to ask the super friendly staff to assign you rooms with a view. They don’t have AC but give you portable fans which is absolutely fine. I highly recommend this hotel.
