The hotel is very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. We appeciated having a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. I highly recommend staying there if looking for a walkable area.

Pros: Great location in downtown Banff. Check in and out process is easy and quick. The room is spacious. Free parking is provided and there are a lot parking spots. Cons: The facility is a bit outdated. Elevator can only take you down to first level of parking garage. If you park your car on the lower level, you will need to carry your luggage and take stairs. There are price tags on the lotion and hand soap bottles provided in the toilet/bathroom, it confuses people if it costs to use them.

Great location. The hotel could benefit by giving the option to guests to change or not the towels everyday. Offer a discount for those who prefer to reuse the towels as every thing counts when taking care of the environment.
