On the whole, we were very satisfied. The room was comfortable and quiet. Our only complaint was the floor which was dirty. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the heated bathroom floor. Had intermittent issue with cig smoke coming through vents. Had intermittent problems with toilets filling. Had some issue with shower leaking on floor. Manager comped a breakfast for our troubles.

Easy/short walk to the ski buses. Really nice, modern decor. Loved the high ceilings and the free shampoo from Rocky Mountain. Did not like the fan! But other than that it was perfect.

Loved this hotel. Love that I could check in and have my hotel key through the app. Made everything so much easier. Only issue we had with the place majorly was the plumbing in the place wasn’t great. Flushing the toilet it took like 2 hours for the bowl to fill up and the sink took forever to drain. The toilet and flushing was our biggest problem especially sharing a room with people constantly going in and out of bathroom. Everything else was good and loved how walking wise it was about 15 min walk to main part of Banff. And there’s a good breakfast spot across the street. Probably will stay here again.

Our favourite place by FAR while travelling across Canada… Felt like they should charge 4x what we paid. Located on the main street so it’s a cozy short walk to shops and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was immaculate with locally made lemon grass soap. Room was great and felt safe being able to park car just a few feet away from room. Had a view into the woods and courtyard was a bonus!
