"Clean room and really nice staff"

"The staff front office were very friendly, helpful, and professional. My parents are 90 and 92 and need the handicap bars in the restroom. I had tried to book a handicap room, but they said there weren't any available. They gots us on the 1st floor close to parking. We checked in snd went to the room and found it hadcthe bars for the toilet and shower. It was a very nice surprise! Thanks!"

"Walked into the bathroom and noticed a used soap bar on the shower shelf. Walked into the shower after starting it to warm up the shower and almost feel due to the VERY slippery tile right next to the shower opening. Our room was right over the breakfast area and we could hear the sliding noise chairs and banging of other items. The sheets were very itchy and seemed like they were washed in straight bleach. The female that checked us in was very friendly and was absolutely a pleasure with a very fast check in. Air conditioning worked surprisingly good. TV volume was unacceptable as we had to set it to 30 to hear it. "

Nice outdoor patio area.The kitchen island baseboard corner falls off, the plastic trim under the dishwasher falls off when open the door, the counter on the right side of the cooktop pulls up not secured.Need better access to tv channels."
