"Check-in was great. Did not get the room we reserved months in advance. It was given away to someone else. So that was strike one. There for an event. Bar not stocked very well. No limes. ??? No bacardi, which is a staple for bars. Strike 2. The evening progressed, things got better. Would we stay ..."

"It was terribly dirty. And they charge a linen fee. And you're not allowed to ask questions, or you get kicked out. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Was promised a refund for 2 of my 3 days. And it's been two weeks and haven't gotten nothing."

"Overall, we loved our stay! There were little things we noticed that we hope you can improve on. We would've liked more toiletries, towels, a wine cork screw opener (I had to purchase one on my own when it should've been provided after the price we ended up paying) and the hot tub needed to be hotter. ..."
