I specifically asked for a balcony room and booked a superior room but there are specific types with balcony. The hotel wanted an extra €30 per night for a balcony room which imo wasn’t worth it. Our room type in the description said it will overlook the passage de Gràcia but didn’t! The breakfast we didn’t book, but from the amount of cafes around the area your better off not paying €20 per person for breakfast in the hotel as it very basic. Overall not a bad hotel based on location.

Buen hotel, buena ubicacion.

Un hotel con una ubicacion privilegiada. La decoracion del hotel es por decir lo menos interesante. Siento un poco de privacidad en el baño y la tina ya que estan dentro de la habitacion, que aunque le da un toque romantico, en ocaciones se exige privacidad.

Very well situated and accesible, although a bit hidden. Very friendly staff and always clean and smelling very beautiful. Everyone is courteous and readily available to assist in answering questions and giving directions. Wonderfull overall experience. Would definetly stay there again. Highly recomended.

We loved how Yasmin received us and took the time to explain to us how we could enjoy Barcelona on a holiday where everything was closed. She gave perfect plans & ideas for us not to waste the day. We also love the guy in breakfast time (wasnt able to ask his name). He gives VIP treatments to everyone there & big thanks to all the friendly staff with smiles!

The staff was amazing, the public areas were great but there were a few things I didn't love about the room. I would prefer a separate bathroom and although there were 2 sinks, there was no place to put toiletries

Great location and very nice place.

Really loved this hotel. The decor is wonderful and the rooms are super comfortable. The staff was great and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Localização excelente, o único inconveniente é o banheiro do quarto, o mesmo é em vidro leitoso a qual não dá privacidade ao usuário e a iluminação para uso do espelho deficiente. No mais é um quarto muito confortável.

The design of the rest room is ridiculous. The washing basins hit the head whenever you try to use them. Very cheap wc papers.They could have created a 5***** room which fits the purpose by putting the wc ,shower, bath and washing taps and basins together and separeted from the beds...there is no lobby except a small room with few chairs. There are bugs which bit us the last 2 nights. . No idea why it was classified as 6 * hotel. Some thing is wrong.. the only good thing about the hotel is location and the nice staff.

Brilliant hotel in perfect location. Room exceptional apart from a small problem with the wood floor lifting near the door probably from water damage but this was a small issue. Couldnt find a better hotel for the price in such a great location

The room I was assigned was not what I paid for. I got a really outdated wheelchair accessible room across from the elevators. The shower didn't work properly, the chair was torn, the room was outdated and looked old and mouldy. Not what I expected from a well reviewed 5 star hotel.

3.5 star hotel with bad bathroom design.

There a shower cubical, a toilet cubical and a tiny hand basin in the room (no proper bathroom/toilet) presumably saving space. It's like an open kitchen style. Also the toilet door made horrible noise every time closing it. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel. It's at best 3.5 stars.
