Great location for tour buses and tax stops. The staff was lovely and helped book our tour buses and offered other reservations. The breakfast was a nice variety and they have mimosas. The rooftop bar was a nice addition. It’s not very big but very nice. Our bartender was great and we will be back!

Hotel was perfect for one night in Barcelona. There were stairs (only 2-3) to get to our room, from an elevator which was a little annoying considering we had a lot of luggage but not a deal breaker. The location of this hotel is optimal as it's close to everything. Will give location 10/10.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the room spacious/nicely appointed. Great location - we were able to easily get to where we needed to go from there. We would gladly stay there again.

This hotel is in the middle of La Rambla. This is our second time at the hotel. We loved it the first time last year and decided to go back. Friendly staff, beautiful ambience. Love the sweet smell as soon as you enter. Breakfast was great as well, quite a variety. Excellent!!

We had two rooms and both rooms had cockroaches in them. Per request to change rooms one staff member rudely said do you have food in room and I said no than they said well housekeeping can come spray for them and Indianan requesting room change. They were able to change one room. they are small compact room with no lotion or iron. Location is in the heart of las ramblas street where major construction is going on and it’s very noisy. Mattress are not comfortable and shower does not drain. Overall for the price we paid it was an horrible experience.

The hotel was located right on La Ramblas only five minutes’ walk from the main transport links but next to the gothic quarter and market. Whilst Las Ramblas was very busy late into the night the hotel was tranquil, cool and very well located. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Location: Excellent central position, two blocks from Plaça de Catalunya. Easy access to public transport and numerous dining options nearby. Note: Construction around Las Ramblas may affect car/taxi access; arrival by metro/train currently easier. Building: Old facade conceals modern, contemporary interior. Well-maintained common areas including reception, living area, and bar. Staff: Guest services very helpful and friendly. Elevators: Small, challenging with luggage (fits 2 people with 2 bags each). Rooms: Spacious, contemporary design with good amenities. Minor personal issue with shampoo fragrance, but not significant. Issue Resolution: Broken TV (damaged screen) in room upon arrival. Reported to reception; technician arrived within 10 minutes to replace it. Quick resolution, though raises questions about housekeeping's room checks. Overall Experience: Very positive despite minor issues. Highlights include: Central location Modern, well-maintained interiors Spacious, well-designed rooms Responsive and friendly staff Efficient problem-solving The hotel's strengths in location, room quality, and service outweigh the minor inconveniences encountered. Ideal for travelers seeking a centrally located, modern hotel with good amenities and service. Consider potential construction-related access issues if arriving by car/taxi. The handling of the TV issue shows the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction, though more thorough room checks before guest arrival would be better.
