The whole process was incredibly smooth. Perfect accommodations for a party of 4! This apartment is everything it claims to be. Loved our stay here.

good place
The apartment was smaller than I thought it would be but still adequate for 4 of us. There were many steps to climb to the 4th floor location - while there was an elevator which we appreciated, it could only take 1 person or 1 suitcase at a time. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. The place was super clean, and well located. we had a problem finding a place to park - we worked it out but it was expensive (50 eurows for overnight stay). so we would stay again if we had no car.

All categories listed earned a 5 star, but I gave this place 4 stars only because of maintenance issues. The shower head hose in the main bedroom/bath was disconnecting from the shower head, making it nearly impossible to shower without spraying water all over the bathroom. And, the door handle to the balcony fell off the first time we tried to open it. We notified the office and I will update to let you know if we receive our deposit back. Other than those 2 things, this was a great place to stay! The location was near a market where we purchased breakfast items. There was a security guard in the market - I don’t know if this is a common practice, but we felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was also very near the Metro and we walked to this property from the main train station where we had traveled to from Madrid. I would definitely stay here again, even with the maintenance issues.

Great accommodation.
This 2 bedroom 3 bath unit was very nice. Just as advertised. Good location a block from hop on hop off bus. 3 blocks from Bill Ring shopping mall. Very close to many restaurants and shopping. Friendly helpful check in and baggage storage until our room was ready. Room was clean and efficient with bedrooms at opposite ends.

Rafael was fantastic. Great recommendations.
The apartment was big and roomy. 2 full bathrooms was a bonus. Complimentary water was nice. Additional cost bar, soft drinks and snacks were very reasonably priced. Balcony was very nice but view was not spectacular. Appliances all worked without a problem. Instructions to get into the apartment after a day of travel were easy to understand and worked with out issue. Only drawback was 72 steps up and down every time you left or returned. Don’t let that keep you from renting this apartment. You will not be disappointed.
