The room was very clean, and the hotel is located in a great location for walking to the theater, restaurants, and even Penn Station. HOWEVER, the elevator system is horrendous!! Large groups gather in front of the elevator that has been designated to take you to your floor, so we often had to wait for another one. Then on the elevator, random floor numbers would pop up so it stopped at many floors with no one getting off on the way to the 46th floor, which took awhile.

I wish there was a coffee maker in the room, also the TV was very small and angled away from the bed. It was super quiet, which was great, and very clean and warm.
