“I have been contacted by the hotel via WhatsApp right after my online booking. The hotel gave me very clear and easy follow instruction for self-check in as I arrived after 8pm. The hotel is easy to find and located 5 mins from the central Station. they are very helpful and responsive to my queries. The room is very spacious and clean a shown in the picture. They provided hotel standard services. They also offered breakfast with a good amount of choices. Lots of restaurants and shops around.……

“There was Spam email associated with this property which made me uncomfortable checking in online. So waited and realized the message I received was correct under different name! Took some time to figure this out and had to wait for the check in process, instructions for entering the building.. etc. somewhat frustrating process especially when theres no one at the property and porters bell address B@B was missing on the front door panel..”
