The check in process was terrible. They sent a link to pay a damage deposit. Link didnt work. I asked them to resend but still didn’t work. I tried to communicate with email but didn’t get any sastifaction. When we arrived at the property we couldn’t check in because damage deposit wasn’t received. I tried to call the numbers on website. No answer. It was 5 pm ( not midnight ) the security guard was fantastic and told me to keep calling and he also called a number. Eventually he spoke to someone. They resent me a link for damage deposit. I paid and they let me in the room. The room was ok. It seemed clean but very dated with carpet in bedroom. The elevator in the building is very slow and there are a lot of Tennants. We waited for 20 min for an elevator to fit in ( all were full ) and ended up walking down 19 flights of stairs because we were going to be late for an event. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience. The location is perfect!!!. Thankful for the security guard or I’m not sure we would have had a room.
